A permanent visa for invited skilled workers to live and work anywhere in Australia, points-tested, no state/territory or family sponsorship needed.
Verified directly from Home Affairs: must be under 45 years old at the time of invitation, must be able to score at least 65 points on the points test, and must have at least "Competent English" at the time of invitation. You must also have an occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list, a suitable skills assessment, and an invitation to apply — those three aren't checked by this tool yet (no Australian occupation list is seeded). Visa cost from AUD 6,135 (as published at time of research).
