Real requirements: a personal net worth of at least CAD $300,000, a minimum eligible personal investment of at least CAD $100,000, at least 3 years' business owner-manager experience in the last 5 years, creation of at least one new full-time job, Canadian Language Benchmark level 4, a completed referral form from the referring host community, and (unlike the Base stream) a mandatory exploratory visit to the community.
