For qualified tradespeople who want to become Canadian permanent residents through the Express Entry system.
Minimum requirements verified from IRCC's own pages: at least 2 years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled-trade work experience within the last 5 years, plus either a valid job offer (at least 1 year full-time) or a Canadian certificate of qualification. Language requirement: CLB 5 speaking/listening and CLB 4 reading/writing in English (or the NCLC equivalent in French) — only the higher CLB 5 speaking/listening floor is checked here. No education requirement. Proof of funds required (CAD 15,263 for one person) unless already legally able to work in Canada with a valid job offer.
