Minimum requirements verified from IRCC's own pages (see rule sourceRefs): at least 1 year of continuous skilled work experience (TEER 0-3) within the last 10 years, CLB 7 in all four abilities of your first official language, and proof of funds (CAD 15,263 for one person, more for larger families). Meeting these minimums lets you enter the Express Entry pool; a further selection-factor score of 67/100 or higher is also required by IRCC to qualify for this specific program (not yet computed by this tool).
