Pathway overview
For non-EU employees transferring within the same corporate group to a French group entity.
Verified via WebSearch, cross-referenced across multiple independent sources: France's own implementation of the intra-corporate transfer concept (the same EU directive Germany and the Netherlands both implement under their own ICT programs) — you need an employment contract of more than 3 months with the French company (part of the same group as your current employer), at least 3 months' prior seniority within the group, and a gross monthly salary of at least €3,281.45 (2026 figure, 1.8x the SMIC). Valid for the duration of the assignment, up to 4 years, renewable — unlike the separate ICT 'seconded employee' permit, which cannot be renewed.
