Verified directly from enterprise.gov.ie: you must have a job offer to work on an Irish contract your overseas employer (the Contractor) has won, be paid at least €49,523 per year (basic salary, board/accommodation value, and qualifying health insurance payments all count toward this), have at least 6 months' prior employment with the Contractor, and the Contractor must have at least 50% of its workforce made up of EEA nationals.
