Pathway overview
For young citizens of Argentina, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, or Uruguay to live and work in the Netherlands for up to 12 months.
Verified directly from ind.nl's own page: you must be a citizen of Argentina, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan, or Uruguay, aged 18 to 30, applying while living in your home country, and you must not have previously held a Dutch residence permit for an exchange purpose. You need enough money to support your stay, a return ticket (or funds to buy one), and health insurance covering Dutch healthcare costs. The main purpose must be cultural exchange — getting to know Dutch society and culture.
