Verified directly from UDI's own site: you need a confirmed job offer for seasonal work (forestry, agriculture, fish processing, restaurant, or tourism industries) or holiday-stand-in work, full-time for the whole stay, with pay and working conditions no poorer than normal in Norway. You cannot stay as a seasonal worker for more than 6 months out of every 12.
