For investors who invest at least NZD $5 million (Growth) or NZD $10 million (Balanced) in acceptable New Zealand investments.

Verified directly from Immigration New Zealand's own page: you must invest at least NZD $5,000,000 in acceptable New Zealand investments under the Growth category (or NZD $10,000,000 under the Balanced category — this tool checks only the lower Growth-category floor), transfer your funds to New Zealand, have earned or acquired those funds lawfully, be a 'fit and proper person' (no SFO/Police business-dealings investigation, no dishonesty convictions, no business fraud — a compound standard this tool doesn't reduce to a checked rule), be in good health, and be of good character.
