Verified directly from Immigration New Zealand's own page: you must have at least 1 adult child (18+) who is a New Zealand citizen or resident and who sponsors you, have no dependent children, have enough money to cover your living costs (via your own annual income of at least NZD $33,663.24 — NZD $51,182.56 including your partner — personal funds, or your sponsor's income; this tool checks one self-declared fact rather than each dollar path), be living outside New Zealand when you apply, have medical or travel insurance, be in good health, and be of good character. This is a temporary visa (up to 5 years, maximum 2 grants) — it does not lead to New Zealand residence.
