Verified directly from Immigration New Zealand's own page: you must be aged 55 or younger, have worked in New Zealand for at least 24 months in a Tier 2 Green List job on a qualifying work visa, currently have (or have an offer of) a full-time Tier 2 Green List job with an accredited employer paid at least the specified rate or NZD $35.00/hr on a permanent/fixed-term basis (12+ months), speak and understand English, be in good health, and be of good character.
