Pathway overview
Ontario's employer-driven nomination pathway for skilled foreign workers with a qualifying job offer in any NOC occupation, or self-employed physicians without one.
Verified directly from Ontario's own program page. This stream replaced the older Human Capital Priorities stream after the province's June 2026 OINP redesign (that older stream's own page is now marked Archived). To qualify with a job offer: your employer must register with the program and have your employment position approved, and you must receive an invitation to apply and apply within the deadline, then meet stream requirements for work experience, language, education, legal status, and intention to live and work in Ontario — all of which vary by the TEER category of your job offer's NOC and aren't checked here (only the employer-registration and invitation facts are). Self-employed physicians may apply without a job offer under separate requirements, also not covered by this rule set. If your OINP application is approved, permanent residence itself is decided separately by IRCC.
