Pathway overview
Poland's primary employer-sponsored work authorization for non-EU/EEA/Swiss nationals.
Verified via WebSearch, cross-referenced across multiple independent sources: you need a job offer from a registered, actively operating Polish employer that's current on tax and ZUS social-security contributions. Your salary must be no lower than the applicable minimum wage, and no lower than the pay of comparable Polish employees in a similar position — this checker verifies the job offer only, not the exact salary floor. Employers may need to complete a labour market test before applying, depending on the role and your nationality. The permit is only one step: you'll also need a visa or residence permit to actually live in Poland. Since 27 April 2026, all applications go exclusively through the MOS 2.0 e-portal.
